Library Cards

Your Library Card--small enough to fit in your wallet, big enough to change your life. Print a .pdf library card application here. Fill it out, bring it into the library with proof of address and I.D., and you are ready to access a world of information. Temporary cards, allowing patrons to check out two items at a time, will be issued to those unable to provide proof of address and I.D. Applications for those under fifteen require a parental signature, as well. *NOTE: You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer in order to access this file. Download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat here.

Once you have your card you will be able to check out as many items as you want. All items will check out to you for four weeks with the exception of New Adult Fiction, Adult DVDs and Grab 'n Go items, which, due to their high demand, only check out for ten days. All items are eligible for renewal, except Grab 'n Go items. Renew Your Items Online here, or you can call us at (406)721-2665. We have book drops near both entrances to our building as well as book drops at Barnes and Noble and K-Mart. Fines are 10 cents per day, per item. All we ask is that you bring your library card each time you want to check out.
