Book Discussion Groups:
MPL's Second Tuesday Book Groups
Missoula Public Library's Book Groups meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 7 pm in the Small Meeting Room. Copies of the books are available at the Accounts Desk one month prior to the discussion.
March: My Life in France by Julia Child & Alex Pud’Homme
In 1948 Julia Child set sail for France with her diplomat husband, embarking on a life long love affair with food that turned her into one of the most famous names in the cooking world.
Lively, humorous, and filled with delectable food descriptions, you might want to read this one near the kitchen.
Join the MPL Book Group in a discussion of My Life in France by Julia Child and Alex Pud’Homme on Tues., Mar. 9 at 7:00pm in the Small Meeting Room.
Books are available at the Accounts Desk.
Check out the Second Tuesday Book Group Archives for books we've already discussed.
Third Thursday Book Club
Once a month the Third Thursday Book Club discusses a new book. Sponsorship of this program is courtesy of the Friends of the Missoula Public Library. They purchase multiple copies of the selected titles and provide them for Book Club Members at cost.
