Family Reading Program
The 2010 Family Reading Program is underway!
Ride the next wave into the library to pick up your reading folder and make a splash!
Each summer readers of all ages can participate by picking up a reading folder at the Children's Desk in the library. As you read throughout the summer you will earn prizes. Our prizes have been generously donated by Dairy Queen, Del's Place, The Good Food Store and The Friends of the Missoula Public Library. In addition to the prizes for reading, we have summer activities for school age children and family movies.
For the first time this year we also have special reading game boards for Teens and the littlest readers, birth to 36 months. |

June 22 Bubbles & Beyond - Make your own bubble wand and play
June 29 - Cool Science - Hovercrafts, rotating wheels, explosions and more!
July 6 - Watercolor Wonders - Design your own art with illustrator Joanna Yardley
July 13 - Have an Ocean of Fun - create crafts with a fish theme
July 20 - Missoulian Angler presents Catch of the Day
July 27 - Treasure Island Party
