Interlibrary Loans
Can't find what you need in our catalog? Ask at the Reference desk about an Interlibrary Loan. This service is usually free and enables you to borrow materials from participating libraries across the country. To make an Interlibrary loan stop by the Reference desk or give us a call at (406)721-BOOK.
You are limited to five (5) interlibrary loans and materials printed this year are not available through the service.

You will need a special authorization number and password to place a request from outside the library. Call the library at (406) 721-2665 for these numbers.
Since Interlibrary Loan items are on loan from a library outside of our consortium, please call the library 2-3 days before the item is due to request a renewal. Also, be aware that fines for Interlibrary Loan material are .50 a day.
