Meeting Rooms

The Missoula Public Library has three meeting rooms available for public use. Meetings held in these rooms must be free and open to the public. Admission or registration fees may not be charged and the sale of products or services is prohibited. Any of the rooms are capable of having a projector and/or laptop to facilitate a Powerpoint presentation. Stop by the Information desk or call (406)721-2665 to book one of our meeting rooms.

The Board Room

The Board Room is the perfect place for business meetings, support groups and others. There is a 14 person room capacity and the room boasts comfortable chairs and a dry erase board.

The Small Meeting Room

Small Meeting Room

The Small Meeting Room is a great choice for small meetings of any kind. Book clubs, painting groups, training sessions and more have utilized the small meeting room. The room has a TV with a VCR and DVD player, dry erase board, three tables, and chairs. There is a 22 person room capacity.

The Large Meeting Room

Large Meeting Room

The large meeting room is the most spacious of all of our meeting rooms. It can hold up to one hundred people, and is great for public forums, large meetings, and workshops. The large meeting room is equipped with a built in projector system, podium, microphones, tables, and chairs. Ask about having your meeting here filmed and shown on MCAT!
