Cheap Date Night

Cheap Date Night, the third Friday of every month, is an after-hours program at Missoula Public Library

The movie starts at 7 PM, with doors off the parking lot (Front Street side of the building) opening at 6:45. Please be on time, as after 7:15 PM you will not be able to enter the building for security reasons.

World Wide Cinema

The WWC film screenings are free and open to the public on the second Friday of every month at MPL in the Large Meeting Room. Lower level doors open at 6:45 PM and the film begins at 7 PM. Please be on time, as after 7:15 PM you will not be able to enter the building for security reasons.

Antonio Lopez 1970: Sex Fashion & Disco: From the U.S.A.

This documentary is in English and runs 95 minutes. A dazzling look inside the world of fashion from 1969 -1973 viewed through the eyes of Antonio Lopez (1943-1987), the dominant fashion illustrator of the time.  A native of Puerto Rico and raised in The Bronx, Antonio was a seductive arbiter of style and glamour who, beginning in the 1960s, brought elements of the urban street to a postwar fashion world desperate for change and diversity.
