A Warm Fire Within: Yoga & Meditation for Adults

Jess Matthiae from Peaceful Heart Yoga is offering a pair of yoga events to bring a little peace to you and your little ones! For adults, she’s offering a 30 minute adult yoga and meditation session designed to soothe your weary bones. 2020 was quite a year, and now as the cold weather creeps in, we can all benefit from a little coziness. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness are the perfect tools to find that feeling of “hygge” (comfort, coziness) from the inside out. Use these yoga tools to create a comforting, bright, warm fire in yourself to keep the chill off this year. For children, she will offer a 15 minute, fun-filled yoga and mindfulness session for kids! Designed for ages 3 – 8, we will use engaging breathing techniques, creative movements and story to dive inward and stoke our inner fire and practice the concept of coziness. A Beginner’s Guide to Immunity and Essential Oils

Are you curious about essential oils but don’t know where to start? Join licensed Massage Therapist, Herbalist, and Essential Oil enthusiast, Hannah LePiane, as she guides you through a beginner’s guide to immunity and essential oils in this instructional prerecorded video. In this class, Hannah will cover basic essential oils including lavender, peppermint, oregano, eucalyptus and clove, and show you how you can incorporate these oils into your everyday life to help support your immune system in a safe, natural way. Hannah will walk you through a few basic recipes that you can make at home and will teach you about the individual benefits of these oils.

Hannah has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 18 years and has over 20 years of experience with essential oils and in the Personal Care industry. She’s completed an Herbalist program through Green Path Herb School in Missoula and is an advocate for more health protective laws in the Beauty, and Personal Care industry on a state, and national level.
