Well-being Concert

Missoula Well-Being Concert

Missoula Crescendo Club and Missoula Public Library invite you to A Well-Being Concert. This free, family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative power of live music and creative expression.

The concert features Caroline Keyes on banjo and guitar, Grace Decker on fiddle, and Jessica Catron on cello. Together, they will share a personal set of songs chosen for the comfort, perspective, and sense of well-being these pieces have brought to each artist.

The program explores themes of courage, resilience, longing, hope, and homecoming. More than a traditional concert, Well-Being Concerts are immersive experiences blending live music, mindfulness, with the option of art-making. Audience members will receive art materials and be invited to create visual responses to the music. Donated artwork will be assembled into a community collage to be displayed at the library.

Attendees are welcome to sit in chairs, relax on floor cushions, or lie on mats. The experience is designed to offer the nervous system a chance to settle and reset, creating space for reflection, connection, and renewal.
