Summer Library BINGO Instructions
- Starting June 1, pick up a printed Library BINGO card at the library.
- Complete horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines. Each line you complete gets you one entry in the prize drawing, up to six entries. Complete every square for a bonus seventh drawing entry! The more BINGOs you complete the more chances you have to win.
- You have until 5PM on August 31 to complete your BINGO card to be entered into a drawing for 1 of 5 literary prize bags.
- Return completed BINGO cards to a public service desk to be entered in the drawing.
- Our 5 prize drawing winners will be notified on September 8.

HANDS-ON PLANT LAB
Ready to learn some tips and tricks for plant and wildflower identification? This hands-on workshop will take your botany knowledge to the next level. Join local naturalist Drew Lefebvre of Turnstone Nature Education to observe real plants up close, discussing plant characteristics, patterns, terminology, field guides, and more. We’ll observe, decode, compare, and even dissect! No experience required.

WEST AFRICAN KORA CONCERT WITH SEAN GASKELL
Join Sean Gaskell as he presents and demonstrates the West African kora, a 21-22 string harp. Sean’s experience is informed by his four visits to West Africa which comes through in this program where he will intertwine educational information between songs played on his very own West African kora.

OLYMPICS WATCH PARTY
Come to the library to watch the Olympics Games in Paris for three nights straight. The library will provide drinks, themed snacks, fun facts and books about the Olympics, and of course a live stream of the Olympics Games as you explore the adventure of Olympics sports.

VOICE OF THE VALLEY: SALISH LANGUAGE, ART, & HISTORY
Join Aspen Decker for this engaging educational program at the Missoula Public Library where Aspen will speak about Salish language, art, and history.
Aspen Decker is an enrolled member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (Tatay̓áqn, Qlis:p̓é & Ksanka) and a speaker of her tribal language, Nsélišcn ‘Salish language’.
