Is there a better way to spend Valentine’s Day than petting the wonderful Therapy Dogs of Western Montana? We don’t think so. Therapy dogs do important work–listening to kids read, comforting patients and loved ones at hospitals, cheering up people in nursing homes and care facilities, putting a smile on tired firefighters’ faces, helping college students de-stress during finals, calming people during natural disasters, even acting on stage! Meet all kinds of therapy dog teams and their people, learn all about the important jobs they do and how they became therapy dogs, and collect their trading cards and bookmarks. All ages welcome.
