Project Community Connect

Project Community Connect (PCC) is a vital, one-day event designed to connect community members who are at risk of homelessness, currently experiencing homelessness, or facing other forms of resource insecurity, with essential services. By bringing together a wide range of community providers and organizations, PCC offers participants a welcoming, stigma-free environment to access food, housing assistance, healthcare, employment opportunities, and many other resources.
