Watercolor Painting

During this weekly class, local artist Robert Peltzer will help you practice and develop the skills and techniques necessary to enjoy and succeed at watercolor painting. Classes are held every Friday from noon to 2PM in the Cooper room on the Level Four. Robert teaches twice a month, with different artist filling in on other Fridays. This class is open to adults ages 18 and older. There is no fee or registration, but you must bring your own watercolor paper, paints, brushes, and a palette. Questions? HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT FOR MAY 31
May 31st will be our LAST CLASS before summer break -FINAL REPORT CARDS and treats will be handed out 😁
For May 31, use a larger sheet of watercolor paper than you are accustomed to, sketch out a scene or composition using only your paint brush –no pencil. Color in your art painting, making sure that yellow is one of the principal colors. Here are some examples:
