When you were a child, you probably drew, painted, constructed or imagined without effort. But many of us learn to doubt our ability to be creative as we get older. Join us for an autumn refresh for your creative habits! First, we will briefly explore how creativity works from a science and psychology perspective. Then we will experiment with playful, interactive ways to strengthen your creative confidence. We’ll close with brainstorming ways to bring more creativity into your everyday life. This workshop will be of interest to those who are interested in the MPL MakerSpace and want to be more creative. This workshop is open to adults and teens. Registration is required.
